On the weekend shift, you work 36 hours and receive pay for 40. Every hour worked over 36 counts as overtime.

Two Springfield openings are available: Entry-Level Assembly at $19.54 per hour and Material Handler at $19.95 per hour. Both support the team that builds Marley® cooling towers and related products.
03What do pay and benefits look like?
Entry-Level Assembly pays $19.54 per hour, and Material Handler pays $19.95 per hour. Full benefits begin on Day 1.
04What is the work schedule?
Two shifts are available. Day shift is 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Weekend shift is 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday; you work 36 hours and are paid for 40, and every hour worked over 36 counts as overtime.
